As we're giving Nathan opportunities to make decisions, we often let him choose from limited options. "Would you like to wear your shoes or your sandals?" "Would you like to use your Elmo toothbrush or your green(powered) one?" "Would you like to eat a banana or some grapes?" One morning this week, I was preparing some oatmeal for Evan. I asked Nathan, "Would you like some oatmeal, too?" He replied, "Or some eggs and toast!"
