Spanking Paint

What? Well, we had been painting inside - hallway trim, doors, etc. But on this occasion, Nathan was out in the garage when he noticed the paint stick used to stir up the paint. It's been a long time since he'd seen one of those sticks. Ok, so he'd seen paint sticks, he just hadn't seen them used for paint! They are more commonly known at our house as "spanking sticks". Although Nathan has long ago graduated to the LARGE planks used for 5 gallon paint buckets (for those 5 gallon spankings), Evan is being introduced to the little ones. Nathan observed a couple of the sticks on top of a paint can - with paint on them. "Daddy? Why did you put paint on those spanking sticks?
