Syrup

Nathan asked Laura for a waffle. She let him help with the toaster, and asked him what he wanted to put on his waffle when it was ready. "I want some peanut butter (don't worry, we only use JIF) and some syrup." Then, curiously, he made a little fake coughing sound and said, "Not cough syrup, just the regular kind."
